Followers of Jesus

The spiritual journey is not intended to be an isolated walk along a path, rather we follow Jesus who leads the way.  Along the path we discover other pilgrims who have been called to follow.  The journey is taken together as seekers gather with one another as the Church to follow Jesus. 

The people of God's Church celebrate with us and mourn with us.  They pray for our dreams to become reality and they intercede for our burdens to be bearable.  If you long for a community of faith to walk with you on the journey, we invite to join with us at whatever point you are--running, walking, crawling, and in need of lift. 

Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  For my yoke is easy and my burden is light" (Matthew 11:28-30).
